Starting Salary Range: £42,447 to £44,660 (full-time equivalent) £25,468 to £26,796 (pro-rata salary)
Contract: Permanent - SL post. Variable - Course Leader role
Hours: 21 per week, 0.6 FTE
The School of Creative and Liberal Arts, within the faculty of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, is a rich, vibrant, multi-disciplinary school. We offer international students the opportunity to study subjects as diverse as Film, Interior Design, Art History and International Relations in the beautiful environments of Regent’s Park and Marylebone Village.
We are searching for a talented and creative individual to join our Fashion and Design team, as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with an initial role of Course Leader to lead the Postgraduate Diploma in Fashion Buying and Merchandising which we are currently converting into a master’s qualification. The Diploma is one of a number of programmes at bachelor’s and master’s levels which form the Fashion and Design portfolio within Regent’s.
We are looking for a lecturer who is experienced in learning, teaching and assessment at postgraduate level and who has proven industry expertise within the creative industries. Successful candidates will join a well-established team of academics in the subject area of Fashion and Design and they will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the development of the discipline(s) within the University.
