ITS Systems Analyst 
Starting Salary Range: from £35,374 - £37,230 per annum dependent on skills, experience and qualifications, plus a variable 7.5% market supplement (subject to annual review)
Hours: 35 per week

Regent’s University London is looking to recruit an experienced ITS System Analyst to join our Information Technology Services Department.  The post holder will be responsible for managing and supporting the core VMware VSphere environment, SAN and Citrix applications, hosts, servers and system, whilst also working with the other members of the team to maintain operational efficiency and delivering high-quality and sustainable enhancements to the systems and services.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have: VMware VSphere 5 and above experience and skills; possess good knowledge of virtual desktop environments including setup, maintenance and management of virtualized desktops and application virtualization; a good grasp of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server 2008 and 2012; experience of implementing at least one major ITS services project; and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and team working skills, with a drive to provide excellent support to our staff and students.  

Support and training on an on-going basis will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills to oversee and manage the environment, and as the scope of the team expands.  In return we provide an excellent benefits package, including a generous leave allowance of 30 days per annum, a stunning working location and a friendly working environment.
