The International Partnerships Office (IPO) plays a key role in the University's international work and maintains a large network of international partners. Within IPO, the team are responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing students for their period of study abroad.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and personable Advisor to provide support and assistance to students who are either coming to study with us, or Regent’s students who are preparing for their period of study abroad. This will include the efficient administration of applications and preparing acceptance materials, including visa documentation and pre-arrival information. You will also support Regent’s University London students for their Study Period Abroad (SPA) including efficient administration of SPA applications and acting as students’ point of contact whilst they are overseas. You will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our partner institutions and assist with the organisation of events for inbound students (induction and welcome events) and outbound students (pre-departure events).

You will have experience within a fast-paced, customer contact environment, ideally with an international focus.  Excellent organizational skills, you will have the ability to manage large numbers of student and partner queries, applications and provide support to the Senior IPO Advisors.  Applicants need to show willingness to work independently and take initiative while working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to work and tasks, be comfortable working in a high paced international environment and be computer literate.
