Student Hub – Frontline Assistant

Starting salary range: from £20,507 to £21,340 per annum dependent on skills, experience and qualifications

Grade: C

Hours: 35 per week

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? 

Regent’s University London are committed to offering our students an excellent service and experience during their studies with us, and we are seeking two customer-focused individuals to join our Student Hub team as Frontline Assistants. 

In the key post you will be the first point of contact for our students offering support, advice and guidance on a range of standard enquiries either face-to-face or by phone. You will maintain an online record of the enquiries and visits received to the Hub and act as a point of contact between students and University colleagues, where referral for more specialist guidance is required. 

This role is all about customer service and being the face of Regent’s University London, so you will need to have experience of working in a student focused environment, ideally within the Higher Education sector. You’ll have good communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone and be able to offer advice in a professional, calm and supportive manner. 

You will have experience using various IT packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, along with databases.
