The Faculty of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences is one of the two Faculties at Regent’s University London, comprised of two schools ranging from Fashion and Design to International Relations and Law.
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support the Faculty Manager to ensure the effective operation of the Faculty, along with all aspects of academic administration. This interesting and varied post will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Faculty’s administrative processes, to include organising and managing external speaker events and conferences and the servicing of the Faculty Programme Committee meetings.
With a strong administrative background, ideally within Higher Education, you will present a professional image of the Faculty at all times and have a customer-focussed attitude, be a strong team player, and a highly organised approach.
You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience working with data and reporting, along with formal minute taking experience at a senior level. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) you will have good IT skills, including experience of working with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
