An exciting new opportunity has arisen to lead our friendly Marketing team to be responsible for the overall operational management of student recruitment marketing and projects for the University.

As part of this varied, fast-paced role you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand & Communications to ensure effective planning and co-ordination of all marketing activities. You will be working closely with both academic and professional services colleagues across the University to establish a marketing strategy to help build on our brand and attract students to apply to study with us. You will also support colleagues with the management of promotion schedules, channels, budget planning, proof reading and copy writing.

This role has responsibility for the line management of a small team.

Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have a wealth of experience in Higher Education marketing, which includes experience of producing creative briefs, campaign development and management, copy writing for both digital and print media, along with editing and proofing.

You will have experience of managing marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment, and successfully plan and execute various projects on time and to budget. You will be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders across the University to offer advice on their campaigns, and seek to understand their needs and requirements. Excellent organisational are time management skills are key to this role to ensure projects run smoothly and to key deadlines.
