The Academic and Educational Developments department supports the teaching, learning and research of the academic community at Regent’s University London.
We are seeking to recruit a full time permanent Learning Technology Adviser to join our award-winning team, playing a key role in the support and development of the use of learning technology at the University.
As a Learning Technology Adviser you will be supporting academic staff with resources for teaching, assessment and feedback and content on the University VLE, Blackboard, as well as supporting students with their use of the VLE and other learning technologies.
You will be responsible for all incoming communication relating to content on Blackboard, keeping records of queries, requests and resolutions to identify potential future requirements.
A natural self-starter with a can do attitude, you will act as the first point of contact for queries relating to Blackboard, as well as providing guidance and training to staff based on their specific requirements.
Experience in providing advice and solutions to academic staff on Learning Technology related problems, and supporting their use of Learning Technology and features and technologies relevant to their subject areas, is desirable.
